Their "support" has been shovelware at best for the 360, they can't develop worth a squat for PS3 and I won't touch on all the handheld/Wii garabage/remakes they've focused on. They deserved their poor 2007 fiscal results and deserve poor 2008 results too. Their policies are very anti-fan, anti-innovation, pro-cash-grab.

There's a reason why each Halo scores 9.5-10 outta 10 reviews across the board and sells 7-9 million units worldwide. I guess that might be a little proof of the Halo Franchises greatness. Maybe that an entire league concept (MLG) is built around it. Maybe that could act as proof? Or maybe the fact that just about every other FPS since 2002, including Sony boy's overrated mediocrity, Resistance 2 (yes I played it, and KZ2 will be better) has copied Halo's formula?

Resistance 2 is overrated. Killzone 2 will show Insomniac why they should stick to Ratchet and Clank.
Let them cripple the Halo image, bottomline is it's still the best FPS franchise of all time and now may have an RTS hit. Time will tell. This is lame, but the game itself has potential.

If not for the fact that it's just COD4 in a WWII atmosphere then for the fact that Treyarch needs to learn the definiton of "evolution" and should take poor sales if need be to find it out. Why sit in WWII ALL THE F'N TIME? Modern Warfare was incredible, so why go back to this? Scared to leave their comfort zone, scared untalented devs hacking and posing as Infinity's equal, which they most certainly are not.

I'm actually (no fanboy reasoning behind it...just check my post history) am far too involved in Halo 3 co-op (again) and Gears of War 2 at the moment over this. Single player is f'n horrible and the co-op is bland. Only thing R2 is worth it for is the competitive, which is crazy as all hell. Love that, but hate it offline.
Online is great, campaign is F'N horrible. The split-screen/ 8-player co-op is bare bones and makes it even more unacceptable that there is no split in the main campaign.
I love the online, but Halo 3 is superior in EVERY WAY to Resistance 2. So is COD4 and so will be Killzone 2. Insonmniac needed to take their time with this one instead of rushing it out the door. I love em and all, but this one underwhelmed and is a bit overrated.

Despite our narrow gaming minds, this thing isn't just for Gaming. It's for Blu-Ray, it's the Playstation Store. Sony isn't making HUGE losses on the PS3 (as the bots suggest). Ouch to the PS3. Great games being delivered but poor adverts and no price cut is killing it. 360 and PS3 are both delivering, but the 360's got the price right now.
